Swannanoa Library book sale
If you’d like a stack of good reads for the cold winter months, there’s no better place to shop than the ongoing bargain basement book sale at the Swannanoa Libary, 101 W. Charleston Ave., in Grovemont. It’s just a few steps down to the basement, where you’ll be amazed to find thousands of used books at unbelievably low prices!
Proceeds from this year-round book sale benefit the Friends of the Swannanoa Library, and are used to expand the library’s collections, fund library programs, and pay for much-needed supplies and resources. The book sale is open during regular library hours, Tues. from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., Wed. – Fri. from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Sat. from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
