Dear Black Mountain Town Officials,

On behalf of the Buncombe County
Tourism Development Authority (BCTDA), I would like to invite you to a Tourism
Town Hall meeting on Wednesday, May 20 in Black Mountain.  BCTDA is hosting
these meetings in hopes of getting feedback from local leaders, residents and
business owners in the area.

Join BCTDA members and Asheville
Convention & Visitors Bureau staff at the Public Library (105 Dougherty
Street) at 5:00 pm for light refreshments. A brief presentation highlighting the
mission of the BCTDA, marketing initiatives and the economic impact of tourism
will begin at 5:30, followed by input from the public.

I hope that
you can attend on May 20.

Regards,

Ronald Storto
