Buncombe County has launched a new interactive tool that allows you to explore Swannanoa and other communities throughout Buncombe County in a brand new way. “Discover Buncombe” is free and gives you access to a variety of information about neighborhoods and communities by simply entering an address. The address you enter will be pinpointed on an interactive map, with pictures of the property, and options for directions. From there, you can look up the property information; nearby parks, pools, and libraries; the school district; and even crime incident mapping.
This new Geographic Information System tool is also available on your mobile device and tablet, and will feature more search options in the future. You can find all the information you need about “Discover Buncombe” in one place at discover.buncombecounty.org.
